My background as a baker, best known for founding and running The Proof until its closure in 2024, continues to shape my approach, bringing craft, precision, and hands-on knowledge into every project.

I work across TV, film, advertising, editorial, and social content, collaborating with creative teams to develop food stories that feel both intentional and alive.

Alongside styling, I am a recipe writer and developer, as well as an assistant and home economist, supporting productions with a balance of creativity, organisation, and practical expertise.
